THE ART OF STORYTELLING
WE ARE ALL STORYTELLERS
Storytelling is something we all do naturally, starting at a young age, but there’s a difference between good storytelling and great storytelling.
The hallmark of a Kingspei character is a hero/heroine fighting to keep the flame within from being snuffed out by the winds of the world. See some of the adjectives attached to our characters in the movie
While telling almost any story involves words, characters and structure, making a film involves another aspect of storytelling that Kingspei thinks a lot about: visual language. Visual language refers to how imagery is used to convey story ideas or meanings. Perspective, color, and shape can all be used to support a story by guiding the audience to see and feel certain things.
A frustrated photographer stalks a handsome man searching for his missing Rolex.
When an out of work, aging French actress and a frustrated 9 to 5’er find the courage to follow the pieces of a recurring dream, two dispirited strangers are on a crash course for a life changing event.
